Call to Order
	Kandan Kathirvel (KK) called the meeting to order at 08:06 am. Kenny Paul (KP) recorded the minutes, reviewed the antitrust policy notice, and performed roll call. A quorum of members was confirmed.

	Kandan Kathirvel (KK) reviewed the agenda for the meeting.There were no changes or additional topics added.
	
Election Update
	[Iain] Vodafone Reinstatement Request
		Selcuk Duman representing at the meeting 
		motion by Kandan 2nd by Bala 
		#AGREED RESOLVED that Vodafone is granted a seat on the Nephio TSC until the 2024 election cycle is hereby approved and adopted.
		
	[Hunor] VMWare acquirred by Broadcom - company affiliation will change accordingly
	
	Clarify Security SIG Vice-Chair candidates
		ACTION: -  Raj reachout to Phil for clarification on affiliation
		
	[Timo] Nephio representation at LFN Committees
		Would like to see the TSC election 1st and then the TSC leadership- timing was was parallel this time - just need to align next year. Consensus on this from the TSC
		ACTION - KP send SIG4 ballot to Iain following the reinstatement
		Volunteers: requested visibility is highly beneficial
		ACTION KP - wiki page for committee representation and provide info
		
	
SIG Status
	[Sana & Alexis] NetArch
		Bala - intersection w/ O-RAN and Nephio - user stories are in the works - SMO, SA and SDKs 
		There is a board to manage the activities.
		
	[Tal] Automation
		Discussion about the release date on the next slide :-)
		
	[Balaji & Radoslaw] Release
		Update for both SIG2 & SIG3  
		Q: Sundar - support for helm support A: work has been done by Samsung contributors -  PRs are being reviewed
		Planned to cut the release on Dec 15th, but unlikely based upon the recent review
		Tal - last mile work, but often that is the most difficult.
		Kandan - when we pushed the dates last time was reflected in the media - positive, but noted as late.  Recommed Jan 15th release End of Jan for press release.
		Ciaran - would 
		SIGs need to provide validation that Jan 15 dates can be met.
		Kandan request updates on the PoCs next time.
		
	[Raj] Security 
		No real update yet. meetings have just started in earnest.  Would like to see participation from other SIGs
	
[Timo] ETSI NFV request to have Nephio presentation on Dec 13th
	Volunteer to participate in the workshop in Tokyo is requested  - soem participation from Aarna
	Tal volunteers :-)
	Alessandro - potential outcomes of this? A: suggest a special session between the TSC and ETSI NFV to discuss
	Tal -  modeling is one area - ETSI NFV anf MANO models are considered.  APIs may be another possibility.

[Kenny] ONE Summit CFP
	Kandan a couple of panels would be beneficial but would like to see other sessions submitted. Probably don't need any more intro talks but something on specific topics  - would like a booth for demos
	Tal - working on a deep dive on architecutre a pannel would be good.
	Raj - have submitted a couple of sessions
