Members- please register as soon as possible - the soft deadline is to register by September 22nd; onsite/day-of registration is not available. Building capacity may limit registration to 150 attendees; virtual attendance via Zoom or Google Meets will be available. kenny Action - post event into to other Neophio mailing lists. There is an event committee; please reach out to Kenny at kpaul@linuxfoundation.org to join committee meetings. KK encouraged members to invite their respective organization's executives to present keynotes at the Nephio Summit. KK also highlighted the inclusion of generative AI at the Nephio summit as well. Discussion led by KK ensued regarding scheduling and community members for the agenda. KP stated that the LFN Governing Board will convene on September 26th where the actual vote to induct Nephio will occur. KP discussed the following areas to be addressed within Nephio: Project Lifecycle: "Archiving" model is not yet established due to singular release- consider for R2 Governance: Transition from Start-Up to Stead State TSC Governance Documentation: Include a debug/upgrade documentation in R2 Release Management: Repeatable Process although defined, needs an established cadence with reproducible results post R1 Security: Goal of 80% Passing Score on OpenSSF Scorecard (currently at 38%) SIG Status NetArch: Sana - working on R2 backlog - diagrams generated a lot of questions - will be discussed again on Monday. Automation: John - moving into execution mode. assigning sprint tasks. Wim - with time window we will make good progress, but hardening will be the challenge. Don't yet have a clear view on that. John 5-6 execution tracks . IOAI and RAN are the highest priorities. Release: Stephen - planning release processes including tracability Security Raj + Rahul Jadhav shared a presentation.
