Kandan Kathirvel (KK) called the meeting to order at 10:04 am. Lucy Hyde  recording the minutes. Kenny Paul (KP) assisted w/ the minutes, reviewed the antitrust policy notice, and performed roll call.

	* Parking is extremely limited - not more than 15 cars.  strongly recommned to use Lyft, Uber or taxi

	* Iain vodafone will be on the telco panel
	* Samsung, VMWare & RedHat need to provide input for exec panel - Seshu -wind river planning on attending in person
	* Noted that at least one woman is required for any session with 3 or more speakers.
